The Inglis House Poetry Contest is an annual contest that begins each year on April 1 and runs until June 1. The purpose of the contest is to raise awareness of writing about disability and to help promote the work of writers with disabilities. It is also to contribute to the building of a core of disability literature through the genre of poetry. The guidelines for the Sixth Annual Contest can be found here. The contest deadline is June 1, 2008.
